All of our plants are grown in our indoor grow space right here in Adelaide, South Australia. Sure, Adelaide might not scream “tropical paradise,” but we’ve never really been into doing things the conventional way.

Nah, our plants prefer their privacy—they’re basically the divas of the plant world. If you’re located in Adelaide, we do offer local pickup on orders though. 

Fresh plant drops every second Friday at 6:30 PM Adelaide time. Follow our socials & sign up for our newsletter, or risk plant FOMO.

Because our plants are like limited-edition sneakers—everyone wants 'em and they're not exactly waiting around. Blink and they're gone.

Yup, unlike your Tinder matches, our plants won’t catfish you. Unless explicitly stated, the plant you see is the plant you will receive.

We try to avoid causing any unnecessary stress to your new plant. Unless stated, all plants are shipped in their pots & medium.

Kidding! It's harmless residue from nutrient sprays or pest treatments. Wipe it off with a damp cloth and pretend this never happened.

All over Australia. Plants deserve great homes everywhere, not just in the fancy postcodes. Plants to NT, TAS & WA will need buyer-arranged concierge. Many of our customers use Uprooted’s Plant Concierge service.

We keep it simple. Orders under $300, express shipping is $15. Orders over $300 get FREE express shipping.

All orders are shipped via Australia Post Express parcel.. Our plants travel first-class because economy doesn't cut it here.

We ship early in the week to dodge any weekend postal drama, but sometimes couriers have their own plans. 

If your plant ends up spending the weekend traveling economy, don’t panic—they’re safely potted, gently secured, and wrapped in fluffy polyester clouds. Once they arrive, just give them a solid drink and a little love—they’ll perk right back up (and probably forgive you).

Express shipping or local pickup. We keep it simple.

Absolutely — if you’re located in Adelaide & prefer to pickup your order, we offer pickup from Klemzig. Just choose local pickup as your delivery preference at checkout. 

Orders are shipped every Monday (and sometimes Tuesday). Orders received by 11:59pm Sunday are shipped on Monday. Orders received after 12:00am Monday will ship the following week.

Message us quick! No promises, but we’ll try harder than a plant trying to reach sunlight.

In your confirmation email. Check spam if it vanished—emails are sneaky like that.

Typically within the same week it ships. We’ll send tracking info so you can stalk your plant’s journey obsessively.

Generally, orders to metro areas arrive within 1-2 days.

If you order has not arrived within a week of shipping, hit us up ASAP.

We'll launch a rescue mission to make sure your plant finds its way home.

Plants aren’t impulse buys. Once they're yours, they’re yours.

It’s like adopting a puppy—no take-backs.

Sometimes things go wrong. Snap some pics and send them our way within 24 hours of delivery.

If it's our bad, we’ll make it right.

Absolutely—protect your existing plant babies.

We recommend giving any new plants a preventative pest treatment & quarantining them separately for at least a week before introducing them to the rest of your crew.

Wait two weeks—give your plant time to get comfy.

Repotting immediately is like redecorating someone else's house on your first visit.
