Where are you located?

All of our plants are grown in our indoor grow space right here in Adelaide, South Australia. Sure, Adelaide might not scream “tropical paradise,” but we’ve never really been into doing things the conventional way.

Are you open to the public?

Nah, our plants prefer their privacy—they’re basically the divas of the plant world. If you’re located in Adelaide, we do offer local pickup on orders though. 

Where do you ship?

We are certified to ship anywhere in Australia, including NT, TAS & WA. Learn more about our quarantine state shipping.

Plants deserve great homes everywhere, not just in the fancy postcodes.

How do you ship?

Plants are sent in their pots unless otherwise specified. Seeds are sent in damp paper towel.

All orders are shipped via Australia Post Express parcel.. Our plants travel first-class because economy doesn't cut it here.

Local pickup is available to customers in Adelaide.

When will my order ship?

Orders are shipped every Monday (and sometimes Tuesday). Orders received by 11:59pm Sunday are shipped on Monday. Orders received after 12:00am Monday will ship Tuesday or the following week.

What if my plant arrives damaged or unhealthy?

Sometimes things go wrong. Snap some pics and send them our way within 24 hours of delivery.

If it's our bad, we’ll make it right.
