The Plant Plug Refund Policy

At The Plant Plug, we send out strong starters, not question marks—every plant and germinated seed is chosen for resilience and shipped with care. Due to the nature of live plants and seeds, our refund policy is firm but fair.

Germinated Seeds

All seeds are sent already germinated, ensuring viability at the time of shipping. No refunds or replacements will be offered for seeds after delivery. Once they’re in your hands, their success depends on your care and growing conditions.

However, nature is unpredictable. If for some reason, you receive seeds that you feel aren't up to our usual standards or grow runty, reach out. We’ll work with you to make things right. If we determine the issue was due to shipping stress or an unexpected failure on our end, we may offer a replacement or partial refund at our discretion. But if the problem stems from improper conditions, that’s out of our control.

Plants

No change-of-mind refunds. If you buy a plant, it’s yours.

If a plant arrives badly damaged, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos. We’ll assess the situation case by case and may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Minor cosmetic flaws, slight shipping stress, or natural variations are not considered damage.
