Anthurium 'Black' x dressleri
Gorgeous plant I picked up from EE. New leaves emerge in rich tones of maroon, brown, and plum - the kind that catch light just right and make the veins look like they’re glowing.
Cordate shape with a moderate V-shaped sinus. Veins are symmetrical and radiate cleanly from the petiolar plexus, giving the whole leaf a sense of balance.
Matures to an incredibly dark surface with a warm, earthy brown hue; not black, but close. One of those plants that keeps getting better with each leaf.
