The seed parent is a standout with a near-black lamina and spidery, lightning-style veins running clean to the leaf margin. The pink emergents actually hold, and the red petiolar plexus and pink veining persist well past hardening.
The pollen parent brings a rounder form, thicker vein structure, and its own pink emergents carrying adaxial colour for a leaf or so before fading.
The goal here is the seed parent's vein extension married to the pollen parent's thicker gauge on a rounder, fuller leaf. With red crystal on both sides, stacking that recessive red expression doubles the odds of offspring pushing pink-veined phenotypes.
