Anthurium pap dress x MV RVDP
This one’s built for shape, texture, and red saturation.
The seed parent (papillilaminum ‘Red Back’ x dressleri) has wild form - big clappy lobes, quilted texture, and rich brown/maroon emergents. It already carries strong red traits.
The pollen parent [(#MidnightVelvet x ‘RVDP’) '2'] is stacked with colour - intense red emergents, and it retains that red for many many leaves.
The goal here is to lock in the bold shape and texture of the seed parent, maybe stretch it out a little 😏, with stronger reds pushed even further by the pollen parent.
If they land right, these should look like they’re lit from inside.
